Fire Protection Engineering Services

• Fire Risk Analysis: Evaluate and rank the Fire Risk of a facility or operation presented by the physical and chemical processes and human reactions and behavior. Optimize risk ranking and maximum foreseeable loss to client goals.

• Fire Simulation Modeling: Analyze existing and proposed building design concepts and potential Performance-Based alternatives through Computer Modeling. Predicting heat and moke movement, absorption of toxic substances by occupants , and other factors significant to life safety in buildings.

• Hazardous Materials Analysis: Review and evaluate existing or proposed facilities or procedures for the storage, use or handling of hazardous materials.  Provide Hazardous Materials Inventory Statements (HMIS) and Hazardous Materials Management Plans (HMMP) for Authorities Having Jurisdiction.

• Hazardous Materials Management Planning: Review site and building inventories, processes and occupancies for incompatibility and stability of chemical compounds and other commodities.  Program and design systems for detection, containment, control and mitigation of large releases.  Analyze and predict release fallout, and adequacy local emergency-response-plans.

• Commodities Classification & Chemical Analysis : Analyze storage inventory by chemical composition and catalog in accordance with NFPA standards.  Furnish technical reports detailing occupancy and storage class, fire code requirements for type and height of storage, levels of protection, insurance underwriter criteria, maintenance policies and operational and training policies and procedures.
